During my secondment in August 2025, I had the pleasure of working with our colleagues at the University of Ruse. The secondment provided me with the benefits of new experiences, skills, and opportunities for professional growth outside my usual roles as an ASRO employee. For me personally, the secondment improved my career prospects, allowed me to develop certain skills, and, of course, create new networks, while also giving me the chance to understand different working environments within and outside the University of Ruse.
During the secondment, my colleagues at the University of Ruse and I built valuable connections and key contacts in different departments. We also worked together to better understand how standards and standardisation in the ESG field in general, as well as in university courses, should be implemented.
