On October 23–24, 2025, the 18th edition of the International Scientific Conference “Modern Paradigms in the Development of the National and Global Economy” was held at the Moldova State University (P3.USM).

Within the framework of this conference, a special scientific section entitled “Research and Innovation for Sustainability Reporting and Business Resilience” was organized under the STAR Project – HORIZON-MSCA-2023-SE-01, Marie Skłodowska-Curie Actions, Grant Agreement No. 101179323.

The event featured a plenary presentation by Professor Elena Fleacă, Coordinator of the STAR-HORIZON Project, entitled “Analysing ESG Reporting Structures Using ESRS Standards – Large Companies & Enterprises.”

During the HORIZON-STAR scientific section “Research and Innovation for Sustainability Reporting and Business Resilience,” several scientific papers were presented, addressing research topics aligned with the STAR Project’s objectives. These contributions mark an important step toward testing and validating the initial scientific results obtained during the project’s secondments.
