Elena Fleaca, from the National University of Science and Technology POLITEHNICA Bucharest, participated in the 27th European Conference on Knowledge Management (ECKM 2026), held on 3–4 September 2026 at Niccolò Cusano University, Rome, Italy. She presented the paper “Knowledge Management Processes and Cultural Context in ESG Disclosure: A SIPOC Conceptual Framework”, developed with researchers from Romania, Poland and Czechia. The session also included contributions from researchers affiliated with institutions in Portugal and Italy, providing an international setting for exchanging perspectives on knowledge management, ESG and sustainability.
Participation in ECKM 2026 supported networking, knowledge exchange and STAR project visibility, while encouraging future academic cooperation and strengthening links between knowledge management research and sustainability reporting practice.
