During the period March 12 – April 10, 2026, P3.USM researchers Dr. Marian Jalencu and Dr. Boris Coretchi are seconded to P1.UNSTPB – National University of Science and Technology POLITEHNICA Bucharest.

The research activity is carried out within the framework of the HORIZON-MSCA-2023-SE-01 – STAR project (Grant Agreement no. 101179323).

The activities focus on the following work packages:

• WP2 – In-depth empirical research on information and reporting practices on intercultural sustainability, in particular Task 2.3: Empirical research, case studies and analysis (Dr. Boris Coretchi);

• WP4 – Knowledge transfer, training and capacity building, in particular Task 4.2: Workshops, networking and knowledge sharing activities (Dr. Marian Jalencu).

On behalf of P1.UNSTPB, the secondment activities are coordinated by Prof. Dr. Eng. Elena Fleaca, Director of the Horizon-STAR project.

Regular working meetings are held at P1.UNSTPB, during which ongoing work is coordinated, results are discussed and future research objectives are defined.

The way in which research activities are organized and carried out within the secondments provides strong confidence that the set objectives will be successfully achieved.
