As a representative of the Institute of Marketing and Sustainable Development, Lodz University of Technology – TUL I have begun a month-long research internship at Beia Consult International Vienna as part of the HORIZON-MSCA-2023-SE-01 Marie Skłodowska-Curie Actions project (GA: 101179323) STAR – Sustainability Transformation: Research and Innovation Network for Quality Information, Better Sustainability Reporting Practices and Business Resilience.
My research will focus on analysing key cultural factors that shape ESG-related performance disclosure and examining the integration of gender dimensions and social transformation in sustainability reporting approaches, behaviours, and materiality assessment practices.
I am beginning by outlining the theoretical frameworks that interest me for this research and preparing a systematic literature review, while working with my colleagues at BEIA to identify potential respondents.
